Motivation

With a robust background in agricultural economics and international experience in Ethiopia, Kenya, and Germany, I am eager to apply my skills to a dynamic and impactful environment. My degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Hohenheim has given me a strong foundation in land use's economic and environmental aspects. I specialize in data analysis, regenerative agriculture, project management, and communication. My work with organizations like GIZ, FiBL, CIMMYT, and the University of Hohenheim has honed these skills. I am familiar with global supply chain traceability and the new EUDR law, and I developed proficiency in UAVs and Precision Agriculture, focusing on geospatial data and satellite imaging. I am drawn to organizations committed to Sustainable Development Goals and biodiversity targets. My experience in knowledge management, Digital knowledge platform to disseminate knowledge and international teamwork, combined with a passion for innovation, make me confident in my ability to contribute effectively.
